International Contemporary Exhibition

16 – 22 March 2014

“Art of the World” international contemporary group exhibition celebrates the arrival of Spring.   It demonstrates a variety of techniques and interpretations of the theme by painters and photographers from Austria, Croatia, France, Italy, Lithuania, Serbia, Spain, Turkey and the United States. 

“Art of the World” will take place at La Galleria Pall Mall in central London from 16 till 22 March with the Opening Night on Monday, 17 March from 6:30pm till 9:30pm:  drinks reception and entertainment by musicians Frazer Kennedy (vocals/ guitar) and Rick Joseph (acoustic guitar).

The exhibition is curated by Zina Bercovici.  Artists include: Anna Maria Artegiani, Leonid Bratislav Musicki, Marcio Decker, Hale Karacelik, Marko Krajcar, Sergej Ovcharuk, Eva M. Paar, Anne-Marie Paris-Leroy, Anne le Sergent, Anne Marie Torrisi, Ferdinando Valentini and Paul Ygartua. 

La Galleria Pall Mall is located inside the famous John Nash Royal Opera Arcade in St  James’s. It is minutes away from Trafalgar Square and Piccadilly Circus.  Entrance to La Galleria Pall Mall is across the road from the Institute of Directors in Pall Mall.  The nearest tube stations are:  Piccadilly Circus, Embankment and Charing Cross.

International Contemporary Art Exhibition

Celebration of light is an ancient tradition representing people’s desire to spread light and warmth during the dark winter months.  In ancient times it was believed by many cultures that the winter solstice was a time for celebration of lights and we continue this tradition across the world today.  The theme for this winter’s exhibition at La Galleria Pall Mall in London is the celebration of Lights.  The opening date of the exhibition is close to this year’s Winter Solstice.

La Galleria Pall Mall is located inside the famous John Nash Royal Opera Arcade in St James’s.  The arcade is specialized in high quality boutiques holding very special items. The Gallery is only minutes away from the National Gallery in Trafalgar Square.  It is equipped with the most modern hanging and lightning devices (www.lagalleria.org).  It will be open to the public every day from 10:00 in the morning till 18:00.

The exhibition will take place between 8 – 14th December, 2013.   The opening event will take place in the evening of the 9th December (Monday), between 6.30pm – 9.30pm.

Singer/ songwriter Frazer Kennedy (vocals and guitar) and guitarist Rick Joseph will entertain you at La Galleria Pall Mall.   A new CD by Frazer Kennedy “High Time” will be launched on the night.
